Terms and conditions of purchase

Shop and pay in our Webshop

Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. Your order will be processed within 24 hours (Mon - Fri).  You will then receive a new email when your order is shipped.

Pricing policy

The prices indicated are always inclusive of VAT.

We reserve the right for any printing and typing errors. If inaccuracies in price and delivery time or other circumstances should occur, excellent skin care SL reserves the right to change this afterwards. In these cases, we will contact you and inform you of this. You then have the full right to either change or cancel your order.

Card payment

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Diners, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express. All our card payments use Stripe as a payment method.

Refunds

Where refunds are applicable, this is done by re-depositing on your credit card with a refund via Stripe. The refund will be made within a few days (up to 7 days) after the case that caused the refund is closed.

Other

excellent skin care SL does not enter into contracts with persons who are not of legal age (18 years). Upon discovery of any false orders or other fraud attempts, the matter will be reported to the police. excellent skin care SL reserves the right to refuse an order.

Delivery information

Your package is normally packed within 24 hours. Normal delivery time is 1-4 working days. The shipment is delivered to your home.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs calculate on weight.

Right of withdrawal & Returns

Always check that your shipment is undamaged upon delivery. In case of damage, wrong products or missing goods, please contact us at order@excellentskin.es

You have an open purchase period of 30 days from the date the goods are sent from us. During that period, you can return your goods free of charge for an exchange or your money back. Always contact our customer service before returning and we will mail you a return slip. The return shipping label will automatically identify your case. The products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. If the products are damaged or used, no refund will be given.

If your complaint is accepted, we will refund the amount of your order within 7 days.

Guarantee

excellent skin care SL is an authorized dealer for all brands. Warranties on the product are provided by the respective manufacturer. We do not provide any additional warranty beyond that specified by the manufacturer. If you are in any doubt about the warranty or the instructions supplied with your product, please contact us before use so we can help you. We cannot take responsibility for any hypersensitivity to ingredients in a product or sample. If you are unsure of what the product or sample contains, please contact us before use/ordering.
